About the Show
John Ellison is your evening host on 94.7 WELK, featuring 30 Minute Music Marathons. His unique approach to music stems from a lifelong passion for music. He is a talented musician, playing several instruments from piano to bass guitar, and has performed in various bands throughout the state of West Virginia. He began his radio career in Spencer, WV in 2006, as an on-air personality and News Director, and came to Elkins 2018. He currently is the Operations Manager, Assistant Engineer, and host of the Evening Show (and weekends now and then) on 94.7 WELK
